I just clicked the link you provided and went through the facts about Dysphagia! The conditions of those patients are really pathetic! Are there not good remedies for the diseases! I can’t even think about happening it to me or my dear ones!

Well I wouldn't call it pathetic, maybe difficult or painful might be more fitting. The so called "remedies" you are looking for are going for treatment if its necessary with a Speech Language Pathologist for Dysphagia Treatment. Some of the exercises can be practiced at home after being taught by the therapist.
